Machine in the Mountain is a creative and, at times, eccentric metal group from Tulsa, Oklahoma. The band places an emphasis on a concise presentation of musical ideas rooted in groove, subtle melodic structures, and experimentation with harmonic dissonance which might just make the listener say, “What?!” The result of all the neuron scorching and chromosome tattooing the Machine’s music does is an energetic, audience-inclusive, unique live performance which makes each listener part of the show, rather than just an observer with a half-spilled beer and a sudden need for earplugs.
